FITT Fact for the week
FACT: Geoff Smart, a psychologist at Claremont Graduate University, East of Los Angeles, tracked venture capitalists' success over time and found that those who religiously kept checklists had a median return of a whopping 80% on studied investments, compared to a rate of 35% or less for those who were not checklist keepers. FACT.
Sexy FITT Abs Exercise
1. Start by getting on your hands and feet in a prone position.
2. Keeping your body parallel to ground drive your knees up towards your chest alternating back and forth.
3. Repeat this movement for the required number of seconds.
Sexy Abs Workout Tip:
Contract the abs to bring the knees in and keep the hips and butt level with shoulders.

FITT Boxing sessions
We are planning at least 2 boxing sessions per week as part of the sessions. Please let me know if you would prefer to buy your own gloves (I will get them at cost price). This way, you know you are the only person to have used them and can keep them at home! Or I can keep them..whichever you prefer.
So, please let me know if you would not mind paying for your own set of gloves for future sessions.

FITT Running Series & other events

FLB was created just over a year ago and to celebrate this milestone, FITT's one year birthday party will be on Saturday 15th May at Dicey Rileys 8pm. (Please try and arrive before 9pm as a cover charge applies after this time)
This will also be our Summer Launch &Awards Night so come along for some champers, choccies and craic (of the legal kind)

Saturday Sessions Change of time
As the days are brighter and warmer, many of you would prefer an earlier start time of 10:30am on Saturday . This gives you all more time to enjoy the rest of you day. This will go in to effect on Saturday May 1st.
FITT 8pm classes
From Monday 3rd May we will be commenicing the 8pm sessions. Please register ASAP to ensure you have your place in the group if you prefer this start time. Email email@example.com if you would be interested in this timeslot
